RECOVERY BASED
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT
Explore root causes and create healthy habits.
A Recovery Focused program that explores root causes of substance use and mental health struggles, develops strategies for coping with symptoms and stressors, and creates healthy relationships and lifestyle habits. Paragon facilitates both Virtual Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Outpatient Programs (OP).
After an assessment to determine level of recommended support, treatment can include groups, individual sessions, and/or family sessions to support holistic care and develop supportive strategies with family involvement.
Groups focus on understanding and processing emotions, skill building and real life applications.
Goals of Paragon's Recovery Based Intensive Outpatient Program are to reduce frequency and intensity of substance use through intensive support and skill-building, improve symptoms of depression, anxiety and other mental health disorders while developing tools to manage and alleviate the symptoms, and to develop and use healthy coping mechanisms as a result of therapeutic support. The program aims for better stress management and emotional regulation, improved social interactions and emotional functions, leading to enhanced interpersonal skills, healthier relationsihps and improved social support networks.
