Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based practice that improves outcomes for people with severe mental illness who are most at-risk of psychiatric crisis and hospitalization and/or involvement in the criminal justice system.

 

Paragon uses a multidisciplinary team approach that requires our team to conduct outreach in the community to engage with individuals.
